1. Submission & Competition Rules
To ensure a fair, transparent, and ethical challenge, all participants must adhere to the following rules:
1. Data Use & Copyright
- All data provided by the challenge organizers is protected by copyright and is exclusively for use in this ISBI 2026 challenge. Any use, redistribution, or commercial application of the data outside the scope of this competition is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the organizers.
2. External Data & Models
- The use of external public datasets and publicly available pre-trained models is permitted, provided they are clearly disclosed and cited in the final method description.
3. Eligibility
- The challenge is open to teams from academia, industry, and independent researchers, subject to compliance with local laws and international sanctions.
- Organizers'institutions are permitted to participate and may appear on the leaderboard but are not eligible for cash prizes.
4. Team Registration
- Each method entry requires a separate team registration. Any overlapping membership across multiple teams must be declared to the organizers.
5. Reproducibility & Ethics
- All participants must comply with standard data privacy and ethical use guidelines in their research.
- Top teams are specifically required to contribute to reproducibility by submitting their code and models.
2. ISBI-2026 Challenge Dataset Description
We offer two datasets for the challenge: a measured dataset and a simulated dataset.
